Every Royal Portrait Shop order is made to order and shipped with tracking on every parcel, so you always know where your pet's portrait is.

How it works

Every portrait is made from your photo. After you order, we send you a free preview within 1–2 days. We only print once you approve it. Once approved, your order is printed and shipped in 2–5 days.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order, using live carrier rates from our US print partners. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States. Digital portraits are delivered by email — no shipping needed.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Delivery estimates are business days (Mon–Fri) and don't include the 1–2 day preview time.

Lost, delayed, or damaged?

If your tracking stalls or something arrives damaged, email support@pawsycare.net with your order number and we'll make it right — that's what our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee is for.
