Every PawsyCare order is packed and shipped with tracking on every parcel, so you always know where your pet's new grooming gear is.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery

• US–warehouse items (most orders, including the Steam Grooming Brush): 3–7 business days.
• Items shipped from an overseas warehouse: 10–25 business days.

You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Delivery estimates are business days (Mon–Fri) and don’t include the 1–2 day processing window.

Lost, delayed, or damaged?
