If you and your pet aren't happy, we're not happy. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

Don't ship anything back. Just email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return needed. That's the fastest way to make it right.

Changed your mind?

No problem. Items in unused, resellable condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Email us first and we'll send simple instructions.

How refunds work

Once your return or claim is approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
